Toasted Sesame Ginger Salmon

1 1/2 pounds raw salmon

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, grated

1 tablespoons freshly grated ginger

1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

4 green onions, sliced

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl or baking dish, combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, brown sugar and whisk well until combined. Add salmon to the dish or place everything in a ziplock bag, then refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the broiler in your oven. (Or preheat your grill, etc if you prefer to use something else.)

Remove salmon with kitchen tongs and place directly on the wire rack. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper, then place directly under the broiler. Cook for 10-12 minutes, depending on the salmon’s thickness (our’s was just about an inch thick), until opaque and easily flakable with a fork. You can flip the salmon halfway through cooking if desired.

Remove and serve immediately, with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds, green onions and the glaze below.

Sesame Ginger Honey Glaze

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over salmon.

THE LIFE CYCLE OF A TIGER

About 103 days after mating with a male tiger , the female tigress will give birth to a litter of 2 to 3 cubs and sometimes up to 7 cubs which are born blind and helpless. The females rear them alone, sheltering them in dens such as thickets and rocky crevices. The father of the cubs generally takes no part in rearing them. Unrelated wandering male tigers may even kill cubs to make the female receptive, since the tigress may give birth to another litter within 5 months if the cubs of the previous litter are lost.

Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:

For the strawberries:
1 quart strawberries, cleaned , halved (leave a few for garnish)
1 lemon , zested and juiced
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon of butter

For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
For the strawberries:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a baking dish. Place strawberries and cut side down in the baking dish. In a separate bowl combine lemon juice, zest and honey. Pour sauce over strawberries making sure that each berry is evenly coated. Roast strawberries for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool completely. Once cool, strain strawberries through mesh sleeve; saving liquid if desired. Place strawberries in food processor and puree.

For the whipped cream:
In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment , whip the heavy whipping cream until medium peaks form. Set aside.

For the meringue:
In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, place eggs and cream of tartar. Mix until combined. Slowly add the granulated sugar. Beat on high until stiff peaks appear.

Assemble:
In a large bowl , place 1/2 cup of the strawberry puree. Fold in a 1/3 cup of the meringue. Add more puree if necessary and keep folding meringue gently until all added.Gently fold in the whipping cream. To serve; pipe mousse into serving glasses and top with sliced strawberry and drizzle of remaining liquid if desired.



Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Cake:
6 tbsp butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup buttermilk

Frosting:
2 oz (1/4 package) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp milk
Chocolate chips or shavings for decoration

Directions :
Prior to baking, remove butter, eggs and buttermilk from the fridge and let them come to room temperature.
Similarly, the cream cheese and butter will need to be room temperature for the frosting.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees/F. Line a mini-muffin tin with liners.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar on medium-high speed for 3 minutes, scraping the bowl often.Add the eggs one at a time, beating and scraping the bowl after each addition.
Add the vanilla.In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.

Begin to add the flour mixture and the buttermilk to the butter/sugar mixture. You will alternate adding the flour and the buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour.Spoon batter into the muffin tin, nearly filling each tin.Bake for approximately 11-13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cupcake comes out clean.

For the frosting, combine the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat well.
Sift in the icing sugar and beat.Add the brown sugar and sift in the flour. Add the vanilla. Depending on the consistency of your frosting, add the milk to making a smooth, pipe able frosting.

Frost fully-cooled cupcakes using a piping bag. Top with mini-chocolate chips or chocolate shavings for decoration.

Taterazay is the best of the best at defensive strategic play. His Uberhero Mode is unreasonably amazing but takes time to improve his shield evasion skills. Tondenga is a good damage dealer and also a good front line defensive Uberhero but needs levelling up to improve himself. Bowmunk is extremely good as he can heal your army but he exposes himself in the process which may lead to unexpected tragedies. Myamsar will acquire a class skill which makes him immune to any status effects while attacking but he does not bear a shield which is a disadvantage. Guardira is also quite good and has the same Uberhero Mode as Taterazay except better and he does not bear a weapon.

Best Uberhero to use in Spear Class

The spear class is made up of Yarida , Kibadda , Piekron , Wooyari , Pyokorider , Charibasa and Cannasault. All of them are very good damage dealers but Yarida is the best next to Cannasault. Piekron deals a lot of damage but his rain summoning skill is quite a disadvantage when it comes to fighting treants.
Although , Piekron's lighting skills can be used by Yarida so Piekron should be leveled up first and then Yarida to acquire maximum damage abilities. As you go on leveling up , Yarida will be able to throw more than just one or two spears. Charibasa can deal damage and heal but his class skills are of other Uberheros class skills. Wooyari's Uberhero ability is that he will spin a ring of fire while Piekron's Uberhero ability is that he can boost power and defense. Acquire equipment with high stagger and knockback to increase your chances of winning with Spear class Uberheroes.

Cats are lactose intolerant. As a general rule , they should not drink milk !!!

The first question that might come to mind is "Wait, don't kittens live only on milk?" Kittens are meant to only drink cat milk, because its formula is designed for cats. 


Lactose, the sugar in much dairy, including cow milk, is bad for cats. Giving a kitten or a cat milk from a cow is a very bad idea, and will usually result in a sick cat with diarrhea. 


Even when kittens don't have mothers from being orphaned or fostered, cow's milk shouldn't be given because it makes them sick. They actually need special kitten formula. 


After four weeks, kittens begin to wean and stop drinking mother's milk. From this point on, it's not even nutritionally necessary to give your cat milk, even milk from a cat. A bowl of water serves well. 


Though not all cats are lactose intolerant, milk should usually only be given as a treat, if ever. But if you're still intent on giving your cat milk, some pet stores sell special lactose free cat milk, which is a much better treat than ordinary cow's milk. This is the whole class tree of the archer class. As you can see , you will start off with Yumiyacha. At level 3 , you will unlock Wondabarappa. At level 5 , you will unlock Pingrek.
